Lucca Ristorante owner and executive chef, David Cianciullo comes by his culinary expertise quite naturally. His father emigrated from Italy to Montreal and operated a fine Italian cuisine restaurant, and this is essentially where Cianciullo grew up. Lucca is a blend of flavors from Italy’s northern and southern regions, and Cianciullo said the result is fine Italian cuisine with a Tuscan flare.
