Ms. Carrol is the principal and president of LockBox Strategies, LLC, (LB), previously known as EDC Consulting, LLC (EDC). She is a native Missourian. She has over 10 years of experience in Corporate America. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising & Promotions and a minor in Quantitative Business Analysis from Missouri State University, Springfield, MO and has earned her Master’s in Business Administration, Public Administration and Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School, Kansas City, MO. She is a servant at heart and loves to help others. Her commitment to customer service excellence was ingrained while interning at Disney World, a Fortune 500 company, in Orlando, FL, during her undergrad studies. She is a true strategist and operates with integrity in all her business dealings. She established the company May 10, 2012, and officially launched January 1, 2013. Her passion is working one-on-one with up and coming small businesses, whether they are getting started or needing assistance with strategically taking their business to the next level. The organization serves as a central information hub for small businesses wanting to promote their products, services, or events at an economical cost on the LB site via web banners and listings as well as other social media streams while clients and partners focus on why they are in business.
