KLBD Kosher London for Android
Thank you for a most wonderful app, it recently enabled us to get something to eat when we were stuck in a far flung town in England! I gave it 4 stars as the ui could be a little bit better...
Best app ever
Great calculator for splitting a bill. And email utility to enquire whether something is kosher. As for anything useful - pretty naff.
As a visitor to England it would be very helpful to have mobile access to search the database of products while shopping, I couldn't find that functionality, how about it?
This app has a few usefull resources such as the brachot and list of kosher outlets, but not what I would expect it to have, which is a searchable db of kosher products you can use in the super market. It only has what looks like a .pdf version of the nosh guide which can't be searched. Please add a local copy of the klbd kosher product search, being able to search it by bar code would be even better. Then will get 5 stars
Unable to keyword search in Google Play - Had to type in KLBD only, as opposed to 'Kosher food' or something of that type. App not easy to navigate around and it has no search facility? I thought this was the point of the app, to have a fingertip enabled search function. Might as well carry the book around? This serves no purpose in making kosher food easily accessible for the Jewish Community using second screen devices which are broadly popular now on the move. Done on the cheap and a real shame for Jews who keep Kosher. This doesn't encourage jews who are looking to keep kosher a welcoming and easy experience to do so. We shouldn't have to chase for this information!
Above all an interactive Nosh Guide is key for an app such as this. As it is the pdf version can be neither easily enlarged on an Android phone not searched.
its just as good as buying the booklet
No search facility, very hard to navigate
I would have thought a simple kosher search engine would have been ideal. Not a particularly good or useful app.
No search!

This seems to be an improvement over earlier versions. I like the newish search facility which is long overdue
