Todos estos años me han permitido experimentar en mi mismo los diferentes tipos de dietas, entrenamiento y maneras de orientar el trabajo para conseguir el objetivo deseado.

No soy un entrenador que se queda con informaciones ni conocimientos de hace años sino que estoy en continuo aprendizaje. Es decir, la ciencia avanza, los estudios cada vez son más completos y procuro tener unos conocimientos e ideas actualizadas. Con esto pretendo llevar el entrenamiento y la nutrición más allá de lo que normalmente pensamos o tenemos entendido: fuera mitos, falsas creencias, estudios anticuados e irrelevantes... y todo ello sin poner en riesgo la salud, por supuesto. I'm not a coach who stays with information or knowledge from years ago but I'm constantly learning. That is, science advances, studies are increasingly comprehensive and try to have some knowledge and ideas to date. This intend to bring training and nutrition beyond what we normally think or understand: out myths, false beliefs, outdated and irrelevant ... studies and all without compromising health, of course.
