De hecho Grotte es una visita obligada más si quieres llevarte, de verdad, el mejor recuerdo de Cuenca, pues estamos en el interior de una cueva natural, donde, respetando la configuración natural de las rocas y las formaciones geológicas milenarias, hemos acomodado hasta tres plantas de rincones encantadores, donde charlar, tomar una copa, cenar… y en cualquier caso, dejarse acompañar por la energía de las piedras en un lugar único.
