I downloaded the app because I was unable to book an appointment online due to the salon being "offline". I thought I could do it on here but when it doesn't allow me to book my chosen stylist I see no point in keeping this app. I don't want to take a gamble by choosing "designer" and then I get an appointment with someone I didn't want. Fantastic hairdressers, poor app imo
