I am an engineer by day but when I’m not working I am reading about, cooking, or looking for the best food. I love all things food, and am a bit of a fitness buff. There is a method to my madness. I workout so that I can enjoy food. Eventually, in the very near future I would love to be professionally trained as a chef.
