Synopsis:
What if one day you open your eyes and are unaware of your surroundings, unknowing of the person in the same room as you, and even unknowing of whom you are.
Welcome to the Kessman Hotel, where RICHARD and JOAN return from unconsciousness and don’t know each other- or themselves.
After realizing they are trapped in an abandon hotel, they are greeted by BENJAMIN, the night hotel Manager with a bullet hole between his eyes.
Benjamin explains they are there for a reason and the only way to escape is to find that reason on their own. Richard and Joan must survive the horrors inside the six rooms on the third floor, one per day. Each room takes them to another dimension in time where they must witness brutal crimes done with their newly refreshed and innocent minds.
As the night falls, their lust for each other is acted upon. As the sun rises and they complete another room, clues are gathered that creates trust issues amongst them. They need each other to complete each room- but can they fully trust each other
Richard and Joan finally reach Room #306, horrified by the reality of what each room had in common and why they were brought there.
The battle begins against the demons of their past as their memories begin to unfold the truth.
Some say the truth will set you free. In this case- it will kill you! Welcome to the Kessman Hotel.

Wow! Is this script for a movie that's coming out? I hope because its different than anything else ive read. I love horror movies, the interesting thing about 3rd Floor is that it takes on different sub-genres. The main characters are trapped in this eerie abandoned hotel and experience these ghostly twisted visions. Its very imaginative. Reminds me of old school Clive Barker. Then they must enter each room on the 3rd floor and it turns suspense/slasher. The ending ties it all perfectly and unexpectedly.
