Fidelity Business Group was started by a merger and partnership of companies, and a number of professional business executives, managers, and employees. The companies included a commercial loan brokerage, a residential mortgage brokerage, a real estate brokerage, law firms, title agencies, accounting firms and others. Most of these companies and professionals were doing business on a nationwide basis.

Along with this merging came professionals experienced in sales, marketing, all kinds of management, real estate, commercial and residential mortgage lending, property and asset management, investments, banking, venture capital, and many other business facets.
