Cannot read messages properly if they are long. Attachments work fine

Instructions on how to use the app in app are iOS instructions. Permissions seem excessive, needs an explanation on why these are being used. App is hard to navigate, colour scheme is jarring, some links don't work in app, legacy froyo design elements. If I were the school I'd ask for a refund from Parent Apps. Update: no changes made still terrible.
