As a Holistic Coach, my coaching style is empathetic and compassionate with a great understanding for what is and is not being said. My one -on-one coaching sessions are always designed by you, based on your current level of understanding and needs. We gain that understanding through our first 45minute consultation (that I do not charge for), where a series of question & answers will help us both identify what your first goal will be on our journey to empowering your life together.
