About Dylon's Steakhouse, Delafield
Relish trays; bread, butter and honey; cheese spread - and the occasional herring, for those who indulge - at the bar during happy hour. And you'll likely hear the music of Louis Prima.

We're just trying to keep the old-school supper club alive
said Andrew "Zach" Kirk, co-owner of Dylon's Steakhouse on Pewaukee Lake.
He and his wife, Crissie Volpano, opened the restaurant Nov. 26. It's at N26-W30227 Maple Ave. in the Town of Delafield. That previously was Aliota's and before that, Aliota's Golden Anchor.
In fact, the Golden Anchor's co-owner and chef, Tommy Aliota, is back in the kitchen at Dylon's.
Kirk said his wife's father - who had Italian restaurants in Milwaukee - worked for Aliota's father on Blue Mound Road at one time.
Diners looking over the menu will see Aliota's chicken Romano ($17) and chicken Marsala as well as steaks, chops and seafood. Entrée prices range from $14 for ribs to $26 for a 28-ounce Porterhouse; lobster tail can be added to any dish for $28.
On Fridays, the beer-battered cod is $11. Entrées such as the steaks come with soup, salad or tomato juice and a choice of potato, pasta or vegetable.
Some changes have been made to the dining room, Kirk said; etched glass now separates it from the bar, and there's a new back bar, too. New carpeting, a new look for the chairs, and the sailing knickknacks have gone the way of the previous restaurant.
Dylon's is open daily, except for major holidays. The lounge opens at 3 p.m.; dinner service is 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Valet parking is available Friday and Saturday.
