Designate a Driver is the brainchild of Marcus Tucker, a businessman from St. John’s, that wanted to make his mark on the local scene by trying to curb the massive problem of drunk driving in Newfoundland. Did you know that Newfoundland is currently tied for the highest level of drinking and driving in Canada Our streets and highways should be a safe way to travel and D.A.D. is another alternative available to curb people from putting those keys in the ignition after a few too many drinks.
