I was hoping to have an easy way to make an appointment for checkups without have to call anyone. That section of the app is fairly useless, because no matter what you do you end up getting a voicemail from them and end up having to call anyway. I can't make personal calls at work, which is why I thought this would be ideal. Just a bit frustrating.
