I had 9/10 and download this app went to the store and was told the 9/10 gone. And all customers points are taken away. That is a low blow to all your valuable customers.

I lost my points and the coupon that I had the link stopped working before the expiration date. Burritos are too small and over priced for them not to honor previous rewards. Go ahead and have an employee post a bogus 5 after this post, won't change how badly your company treats customers.

I'm not sure why everyone is upset ...they sent 2 text messages letting us know that they were changing their loyalty program and September 1st was the last time anyone would be able to get points till the new program started fresh with their App. Ooh by the way I just used my last free burrito reward the other day...and the text they sent out let us know that they will be honored till the end of the month...Good job Burritos Alinstante, I look forward to the new program and an easier way to track points
