Uploading photos to the Brighton Pride App, you hereby grant Pride Digital Media a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, store, publish, transmit, transfer, create derivative works of, publicly perform and publicly display (in whole or in part) such photos on the Brighton Pride App, as well as on the Brighton Pride website and in other media in relation to Brighton Pride and related events.
