If this app had the ability to replace the paper tickets BPC uses and would remind me that the dry cleaning is ready for pick up then it would be useful. However, this app only seems to offer coupons, give you directions, and make it easy to call the cleaners. Honestly, how often do you need to call the cleaners or find a new location? For my purposes, this app is utterly useless. It's decent advertising for BPC, but it fails to address any real customer need. How sad.
