Kuka’ e’ un progetto che ha avuto come startup una bier blanche reinterpretata all’italiana e prodotta con una tecnica “singolare” Alla blanche si sono aggiunte poi altre tre birre, una I.P.A., Una Strong e la rosa, tutte nate da una base tradizionale ma come nella blanche reinterpretate a nostro modo.
