Bill Billingsley State Senate

Bill Billingsley was born September 25, 1952 in Tulsa, OK, and graduated from Stigler High School, Stigler, OK, in 1970. He received a Bachelors Degree in Political Science in 1974 from the University of Central Oklahoma, then Central State University. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Army Medical Service Corps and served 11 years, including an overseas tour in the Second Infantry Division in Korea. He received a Masters in Health Care Administration from Baylor University in 1984 and a Masters of Arts in Computer Resource Management from Webster University in 1986.
