O BC Office Fund é o maior fundo de investimento imobiliário listado em bolsa do Brasil e suas cotas vêm sendo negociadas em mercado organizado da BM&FBOVESPA desde seu IPO, ocorrido em dezembro de 2010. O BC Fund foi constituído com o objetivo de adotar uma gestão ativa de sua carteira, e com a finalidade primordial de investir em escritórios comerciais de laje corporativa com renda no Brasil, estrategicamente localizados em grandes centros comerciais, por meio da aquisição de imóveis comerciais de escritórios ou direitos relativos a imóveis, prontos ou em fase final de construção.

The Fund was created for the primary purpose of actively managing a portfolio of investments in high-quality commercial real estate properties located in Brazil and in securities related to real estate, or, together, the Target Assets. BC Fund‘s portfolio may include completed or nearly completed commercial real estate located in Brazil‘s leading commercial centers. The BC Office Fund is the largest real estate investment trust listed on the stock exchange in Brazil and its shares have been traded on organized markets of BM & FBOVESPA since its IPO, which occurred in December 2010. The BC Fund was established with the aim of adopting an active management of its portfolio, and the primary purpose of investing in commercial office corporate slab of income in Brazil, strategically located in major shopping centers, through the acquisition of commercial real estate offices or rights to property, completed or in the final stages of construction.
