The concept is great but anytime you select a "topic" it goes to the internet. Which means the app is irrelevant. You can simply Google and get the same results. So you really don't need the app. Better planning should have been put in to this. It's understandable you need some kind of resource to help decrease the IMR in Shelby County but all these people with "degrees" can do way better and I know that. If not hope will soon be lost. Quick fixes are not the answer.
