Even the guy behind the desk didn't know how to use it. Why do i have to scan in with my phone? Why can't i link my membership card to the app so that everything updates automatically? I can't see this starting on my phone tbh - it's badly thought out. Just checked - if you uninstall the app and re install it you lose your loyalty points. Considering the app wants permission to access your phone identity that is utter crap. Avoid.
