Placed an order and when I arrived for pick up my fries were cold. It did take me longer than 15 min to pick up my order but that's because I drove from far just got for the food. However when I asked for fresh fries they refused. They should have added the fries when I arrived top pick up my order instead of whenever they put them in the bag. It would have been better customer service to just replace the fries but saving themselves a few cents the lost a customer, gained a negative review.
