As founder of The Hart Method: 8 Maxims of movement, I mentor, mobilize, and empower men, women, and teens to harmonize body, mind, and their environment from the inside out in person and online.

Using the same eight spiritual principles I've used to coach Olympic athletes, major league baseball players, and every day individuals who are ready to harness their own innate power, I'm passionate about inspiring, empowering, and engaging audiences with my unique coaching style and philosophy. After suffering a traumatic leg injury that kept me sidelined at the Olympic games, The Hart Method training philosophy was created. The program is composed of 8 maxims- Ground, gravity, Integrity, Joy, harmony, freedom, now, and action. As a world class trainer, my work with professional athletes is to remove layers of social conditioning through physical movement. And my work with amateur athletes is to preserve this natural essence. The focus is to maximize physical movement to improve speed, power, conditioning, awareness, while reducing the risk of injury.

This process made me aware of the connection between physical movement, life, and environment. By re-programming my physiology, I returned to my natural movement essence I once had as a youth. Our breath, body, movement, and life work perfectly in harmony but we lose touch with this essence as we get absorbed by the demands of society.

Everyday individuals and athletes can apply The Hart Method approach to their existing workout regime and make great changes. Embodying the 8 maxims can maximize performance on and off the field while living with integrity and harmonizing environment and life. I believe that our most powerful J.O.B. is ourselves.
