I haven't actually used this app to order a taxi. However, there appears to be very limited coverage fir Bristol, barely anything outside the city centre. This is fair enough fir asap pickups, but I can't understand this for advance bookings. An overlay to show where it's possible to order a taxi would be very helpful.

Ordered a cab from office and got a quote before booking. Cab arrived on time and was able to pay by credit card.
