Bluemart - DXB Online Grocery

I think the app is really good. No major issues. I'm surprised many people say the faced issues, probably this has to do with compatibility with some phones.

Really no issue with the app more the irregularity of item cost... You order based on the price you see! When the item comes it's twice as much. This is the 2nd time that it's happened. Won't be using the app to order again.

Can't log in on wifi, data only. Inventory keeping is poor, I have yet to receive a complete order with no missing products. Until this is improved, there are better alternatives.

It's never updated in terms of products availability.

It doesn't work on WiFi!! Crap design. Sometimes they don't even fulfill your order.

From the very first minute i opened the app, it was an insightful experiance, the delivery time was quick and if there was any problem, they called me to notify about it.

personally. not working on mate 9. and manytimes delivering stuff similar to ordered instead of what exactly is ordered

I like the interface and all the features bit delivery time is so long. I know there is a bluemart grocery like 10 min away from me. and it takes them 30-45 minutes. Other than that everything is awesome.

2017 update : SAME PROBLEM when I downloaded it. Worst grocery app! 2016: App cannot detect Internet even though it's connected. Looks like I'm not the only one with the problem.

It hangs, when you order there is something missing or extra or they choose the pricy item. Delivery is slow. For my opinion better to choose different store

I selected my local shop and it went to the wrong one. Then had to replace the order and ended up with 2 deliveries! They also delivered the wrong items.

Does not contain the full range of products. If your order contains a recharge card or cigarettes the minimum order is 500dhs!

Connection problems

They deliver 2 hours after an order, if at all. There was one time when they did not deliver. With 100 "delivery cars" you would think they would be able to get orders out on time. Moreover they do not bring the correct items ordered. Several times we'd have to send the items back. They really need to improve their services or they will lose customers. I am currently ordering from their neighboring supermarket where items reach us within 20 mins.

It's about time. The other ones out there don't really do justice to the community. It's a tedious process to get a shopping cart ready. However, this app is so fluid and simple I'm shocked it took me so long to find it. I'm glad they have a service like this. My job is so hectic it leaves me very little time to organise food and shopping. The service blue mart provides is also incredibly professional. I'll be doing most of my shopping here!
