nothing goes on..it wil always say sorry bump into traffic.. that's impossible. nt even let you login.. disappointed. Not even let you send feedback.

Always gives error message that network issue pls try again later while searching the hotel

Third grade app...They should shut shop of being an internet company they can't make an app that works. ....Pretty shameful

Problem of using the apps sign-up don't be working.

Not in too many cities and the features are no way close to some competitors like Oyo rooms. Cancellation and refund policy not conducive. Zo rooms app not adequately designed unless you read the FAQs. Overall a bad experience for first time users

It is not showing any rooms in Ahmedabad as well as Gandhinagar ! To much Disappointed...! App is creating problem

Most of the time this app doesn't work. Plus not as frndly as other booking apps like MMT and OYO

I got same hotel at goibio at half the rate of zo rooms

Bakaaas, not able to sign in. For a single email ID, my 4 user name had been created by ZO ROOMS

Bhaiyo ek Sasti advice iss chutiye aap ko kabhi download mat karna warna Mobile uthake phekne ka Mann KArega.

Search via site shows many rooms in a city but app search doesn't show a single room; says we're building. Lol.

Why there is no room available across india? I tried to book in new delhi agra mumbai but there is no room available across india on any date.

मैंने चार माह पहले 23 .07. 15 और 26.07.15 के लिए गोआ में होटल बुक की ,जिसकी id GOCA366B39778 है। लेकिन इस धोखेबाज Zo Rooms ने मुझे चार माह बाद बताया की आपकी बुकिंग हम कन्फर्म नही कर सकते।जबकि इसने मुझे कन्फर्म वाउचर दिया था, जब इसने मुझे यह बताया 23 नवम्बर को उस वक्त तक गोआ में होटल्स के रेट आसमान छु रहे थे। यह zo rooms कोइ होटल नही है एक फर्जीवाड़े की दूकान है ।होटल मालिक के मना करने पर यह कुछ नही कर सकता। इसने अभी तक मेरा पैसा भी नही लौटाया है। मेने इसके खिलाफ कोर्ट में केस दायर किया है।

Downloaded to book rooms - Searched - Showed all SOLD OUT !!!!!!!!! - Went to Hotel - Rooms were available !!!!!!!!!! ... Is it a bug - Is it by design - God only knows BUT Its definately not helpful ...

Could never actually use the app, it always says "Oops, bumped into network traffic..." If opening of the app has so much of problems, figures how the services will be. Uninstalling the app n never gonna think of using it in future

Really liked the stay in goa..n recommended to friends and family...but came to know they r cheat..have listed various hotels which are not even on their panel..was problematic and embarrassing with my family at jaipur. Even the support staff on call surrendered and said we cant do anything about it. These are crooks. Have falsely listed properties without permission of the owners..never rely on them.

Loved the experience in Jodhpur.. Keep it up guys, u guys are doing a fabulous job, cheers & keep in mind, every product have its pro's & cons. So don't worry bout the negative feedbacks, just carryon

Not a good app... Services are Secondary, the app doesn't even open... The Cust care no. is not a valid one...
