????????????Whatever yall do people do not order from the Zavvi site! They're total rip offs! Scam artists! I had made an order and I had to make a new account in order to complete my order. Once it's all done and over with I signed out and I wanted to check when I'd get the order and I cannot for the life of me sign back into my account. Even though I took a screenshot of my order # and everything and I keep giving them all of my information they still won't help me fix my account and they won't give me no updates of my order either. Crappy customer service too!! It's been over a week and still I'm not getting no where. Agh I'm so pissed off ????????????zero stars

What's going on zavvi? You released the latest update but now when searching anything on your app you can't get past page 2 on anything so now you need a new update..... Please hurry up I need a new steelbook....

Not much better than an shortcut to website which effectively it is. Does not retain login details. Just add a shortcut to your screen.

I recently purchased Devil May Cry the Animated Series from their website and it doesn't work. The only reason I went through them it is because I save $2 on shipping... But now I'm out 20 something dollars because it doesn't even work. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else

The Customer service is unbelievable. You can only message them and then you get 1 useless scripted reply to each message every 24hours, takes weeks to resolve any problem.

So I changed my address recently through the option in the app and also moved at the same time and zavvi then still insisted on sending my steelbook to my old address and then when I questioned them about it they said they can't amend any pre orders you have to cancel and re order. So tell me again why I have the option to change my address then? So looks like I will be going to trading standards after two attempts to get a refund and still it's apparently my fault . hello amazon.........

Awful customer service, state 24 hour despatch, still waiting 11 days later. They despatched 5 days after order placed, Hermes have apparently tried to deliver several times, when I was in! Zavvi admitted their fault, but now got to wait for useless Hermes to return it to them before refund! Don't use, will waste your time.

It's rubbish never stays logged in, and the navigation around it is terrible.

Keeps saying invalid password but lets me log in via web page.....

Saved a couple of pounds shopping with Zavvi but you find out why when it takes forever for them to despatch it. Don't use if you need it in a hurry.

I'm not sure what's happened here. When I first installed it, it worked fine. But now it forgets password login details and tells you that you have no items in the basket, when in fact you do, making it for all intents and purposes, useless. I can no longer order things using this app. Nice work Hut Group, if your plan is to not make money. Additionally, page font becomes corrupted when checking the basket. Please sort it out, otherwise less business for you, more for Amazon.
