Shop Matalan

I thought it was ok until I hit the home button and I got a list of options from affilinet-directory.co.uk about credit cards, travel insurance, eurotunnel, and other random things! Nothing to do with matalan at all! The only way out of it is to close the app down completely, even if you press the back button it just keeps reloading the same affilinet-directory page.

A wish list is a must for these sorts of apps and if not when you leave stuff in the basket it should stay in there even if you close the app. Also it is a little slow to load some times. Other than that I like it.

Unfortunately this app is a useless as the Matalan website. Other sites and shop apps work perfectly (so presumably not my phone's inadequacies). Matalan's site and this app are both impossible to use on my phone. If I try to select an option it fails to open the option properly and then crashes. Search terms are unrecognised. I have uninstalled and installed a number of times but it makes no difference. Matalan it seems doesn't care as I contacted customer services months ago giving details of problems.

Let's me browse with only small hitches but no matter how many times I tried to buy it froze during payment. Ended up going on the website instead. Don't recommend.

uninstalled this app in less than 3 minutes and gave it 1 star rating as i had to give something. if i was matalan ide be taking legal action against website design company. dont waste time on this app.

You have to tawl through items again &again each time you view an item. You tap back, then you've lost your place! No wish list either?! I think it could be improved in other ways also like clearer photos,takes too long to load each page, sold out items not marked as such, etc... Nowhere near stars.

Rubbish, impossible to access items unless they are on the highlights of each section.

Never get past the 3rd or 4th page before it crashes... Pages never fill with pictures on the last page I get to. We've not all got Octacore processors and fibre broadband... If that's what it takes.

Installed on galaxy s4 and screen keeps turning white can't see what your browsing .... uninstalling. ..

Good at first but when you view an item, then press the back button you go back to the beginning not to were you was last, then you have to scroll to find were you were last.

You can't add items to ur bag to place orders

If you click to look at the next page of items it doesn't do anything!!

Can't filter anything or move on a page!

This is so good for online shopping and has great clothes for winter and summer

Very slow and unresponsive

I'm a big matalan shopper, and the app says vast choices there is barely anything in this app can't find specific products even worth their full name, it's like it's been put together by an amateur, I deleted in the end.

Very slow ...didn't allow me to browse....also didn't have the CAMI top online...even tho it is in my local store....

Absolutely useless app. Store search doesn't work. Despite working in Midlands, doesn't recognise my local store and doesn't save it once you have found it. Menus selectors, you can't use so makes navigating items very difficult. Search facility does not find what you are looking for. Very poor app, which obviously has not been tried by designers. Will shop on Asda site as much, much easier to use.

Kept kickin me out of app. Wouldn't click on sizes & quantities. 2nd appliance used & same problems experienced! Useless app

Its got different language on because it thinks am from japan and shows me no results it i type size 18 blue jeans

This app seems to crash when you are scrolling through the clothing. Also when I press the basket button to check out nothing happens. It appears that you can only buy the new in range or holiday clothes, nothing more. There don't appear to be any mens or kids available either. Pretty poor!

Easy to use and smooth enough. It would help if you could write reviews on there though.

Can't browse on anything, totally useless app, plz sort it out

This app could come good in the future but at the moment it's just plain slow and somewhat unresponsive with the occasional crash.

This goes more slower than a snail. Won't let you look at anything else apart from women's wear. If I could of got away with it I wouldn't of given it any stars but it wouldn't let me.
