This App is Live and No longer conceptual. The App uses GPS, a Global Positioning System that is linked to the App and fixed to the phone's location via satellite and cell tower signals.
This App is also linked to Earth Quake and above ground Nuclear detection centers using the URL and a deep link embedded in the sensor read out.The sensors it is linked to include Seismic, Infra-sound, Hydroacoustic and Radionuclide.

Hydroacoustic has Six underwater hydrophone stations and five land stations that monitor the oceans for underwater explosions, Infrasound: 60 surface stations that can detect ultra-low-frequency sound waves emitted by large explosions and Radionuclide: 80 stations measure airborne particles associated with nuclear explosions.The stations are a network of centers using a system of URL's and deep links embedded enabling us to receive a feed to the App.

The App uses advanced mapping technology that allows it to redirect course while navigating when roadblocks or hazardous traffic is posted giving you the safest route to the least likely nuclear struck location or nearest Fallout Shelter determined by an Algorithm that measures the nearest distance to each safe zone, located nearest your Geofence beacon, also if applicable estimated time of impact, Level of shelter and gives you the safest route and destination at time of impact. Because the Map is Triggered directly from the national detection centers and receives its' Data directly from source information sites, you are given a 15 to 20-minute advantage to calmly make your way to your vehicle and begin to follow the voice active directions to safety or what we like to call the Artificial Navigation Guide Estimating Location and Safety. So, there is no guarantee that even with all this technology you will survive the next major disaster. All our App does is increase the chances from zero being unprepared to a much greater chance, having a well-prepared plan. There is no question of if the world will be hit with a major disaster but when it is, will you be ready and fight intelligently, or will you be unprepared and just hope for the best. Mechanically ANGELS did not respond well to the performance test we ran where we had one subject who just hoped while the other prepared and intelligently attempted to survive. We couldn't get that program to work for some reason.

THIS MAP AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM WILL ONLY APPEAR WHEN IT IS TRIGGERED BY THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR DETECTION CENTER. THERe ARE SEVERAL OTHER MAPs AND TRACKING SYSTEMS THAT TRACK ONCOMmING TRAFIC, TRAINS, WEATHER. BUT THE FALLOUT LOCATIONS ARE SAFE UNTIL YOU NEED THEM.
