Thirumal Alagu Travels (TAT) - Bus ticket booking

I was a regular traveller with TAT. Their service are excellent. They are on time always and the buses are so clean and well maintained. I booked a ticket on December 4th 2016 from chennai to Madurai. Bus got cancelled and they said they'll refund the amount. I've not received any refund so far. I contacted the customer care. They gave me number of the manager and he picked up the call after I called him 10 times. He took my PNR details and said he'll get back to me. From then he never picked up my calls and no refund from their side. This was unexpected from such a wonderful service provider.

Pathetic bus.. unclean torn linen, cheaters. Never on time , pick up passengers for their other buses nd delay your travel. Never travel again by this travels

Fantastic app for ticket booking and very important thing is the app won't ask unnecessary permission like other app. No words to describe this app. Really amazing

In this app is super. Easily search the tat trvel buses & புக் the ticket. It is very simple process so the un studied pepole also use the app

TAT is one of the best bus service. I traveled season time but that time price also same not much amount. Good service, Right time departure & arrival.

I love this travels very much but scania bus colour is not good first scania is very good colour blue and grey nice colour but now it's not good

Worst one to travel. Even the cleaner will scold you. They will cancel the bus as they like and will put in last berth. I had a worst travel from Theni to Chennai. So friends pls don't waste you money in booking this travels.

I booked a ticket today money detected from my account but tickets not booked getting error.. I called customer care no response

I was trying to book the ticket thru app for last 3 days but didn't pass the passenger info. Lot of time wasted. It is useless app

I am trying to book ticket on 15 th Aug.-16, from Madurai to Karapakkam,but couldn't book tickets in advance time of 1 month before and event today,why? I am loosing my hopes on getting tickets.

Very particular on time and service

Installed the app.when booking tickets, transaction failed. Ticket not yet booked. But its going to be a MONTH, still money is not reverted back. Poor response when i call TAT customer care too..

Booked a tkt via guest login trying to cancel for 2 days.. no way... online number is utter waste, nobody picks ... better delete it.. its more irritated. .jan. 17 night tkt waste thaan pola...

Booked ticket successfully as a guest. But it looked like getting , http 503 error after submitting payment. Thank god , ticket got confirmed:)

Last time I try to book the ticket but it's shows some offer to me if I apply the code it's not working please fix the errors

Selected from and to location and date. It shows the available buses but after that when I click on the required bus, nothing happens. App doesn't seem to work
