I have to admit the shoveler team is quick to get on top of a problem. I am satisfied with the level of service i received and I'll be using this app for a long time to come

Useless. Keep getting server error and cannot enter anything after special instructions. So much for getting out in a hurry.

Robbers!! Shovelers get 20%. So these scammers take 80%and do no labor.

$50 price floor for shoveling a home? Get real. Just called my landscapers to see if they could recommend a service. $10 for the whole property including salt. Save your data and skip this download.

I'm a newbie but was pleased with the process and ease of getting work done and my Shovler did amazing job

Had some issues with signing up but customer service was quick to respond. Issue with payment setup was fixed quick. The shovelers did a good job and show pictures of proof. They also asked what I wanted shoveled. Very useful app considering I needed a place shoveled that would take me about 2 hours to get to in this snowstorm.

All apps go through issues however approved app do receive payment to Stripe Account had little issues with setting up and logging in to Stripe Account so waiting for payment to post to Bank Account. As a small business owner myself I would like to franchise with you guys. Thanks

just use the app to find jobs and get paid in cash(sorry shovler, not exactly an industry with financial room for your tax) v limited right now but hopefully it grows. much better than going door2door in -20 EDIT: firm seems to think they are providing something new and innovative. No, there have been similar apps since i got an itouch a decade ago and a child can get the same results just walking door to door in their neighborhood. uninstall/1star. Marketing is for multinational conglomerates to cement their position. There's no chance your marketing has lowered your customer acquisition costs maybe hire a cfo instead.

Stripe for payment? This a joke?? Team up with a real service like PayPal. Stripe is silly. App is useless unless you have an actual bank account. PayPal wouldn't set such horrendous limits. Prepaid cards are sufficient! But not for this garbage service! Stripe is pathetic! I'mma make a rival app with PayPal and knock this app off the app store!

Kept getting message about error from the server. If app would work, might raise rating

App doesn't work. Got a terse response from customer service that the server was down because there was currently high demand. Oh, OK, then I'll wait and look for snow shovelers sometime when there isn't a demand for them. Like July.

Just had a very good paying job on this app couldnt accept it because of this stupid stripe account I already have my card linked and it doesn't work horrible app I'm in dire need a job was available and I wouldve been the first to get it but I couldn't get it because my stripe wasn't updated so what did I do went and updated it again nothing went through this process 3 times then someone else mustve snagged it up because it was there anymore horrible app needs a lot of work

Good luck setting up the your account to get paid. What a nightmare.

While I like the idea of the app. To have people offering 40 on internet sites above industry norm and then to see noone on the site has offered a job is just false

Add PayPal options many people have it and is easier to setup.

This app is a disaster. First snow of the year, tried to create an account and it wouldn't even let me. App literally doesn't function. Tap on text field and keyboard doesn't even come up. Tried quitting and restarting. Deleting and downloading again. Still nothing. Thanks for the complete waste of time...

Perfect app if your looking for someone to shovel your car or house. The prices are great and the contractors are very friendly.

I think this is a great app, with more traction and pricing i think this app will be so great at connecting people in there communities!

UPDATE: This app team did an incredible job. They responded warmly to my issues and immediately went to work on resolving the problems. Furthermore, they kept track of the resolution and reached out to me once the app was updated to resolve the issues and give some suggestions on how to make sure the issue was not with my phone. Great customer service and response time. App is up and going now. Previous: Love the idea but it won't even let me sign up. App is buggy and slow. Needs to be revamped before being put out into circulation. Make good on your idea.

Used once for a large storm. Job picked up immediately, and people started shoveling about 3 hours later. Did a great job, extremely nice and professional. Had a slight issue paying, but was immediately solved with a single email to the admin, which was responded to immediately. This app really fills a need. Thanks so much!

Can select job, it is telling me key for idempotent request can only be used for same parameters, to use a different key. I don't even know what this means. It won't tell you the time you need to be in the place and does not notify if they cancel. A lot.of improvement needed

App security is substandard. Username and password were sent over email in plain text. I hope my credit info is a lot safer. Users beware: create a unique password. These guys are begging to leak all user data.

The fixed price for a house option is not helpful oful. My driveway is much smaller than what the fixed price includes and $75 is ridiculous for what I need done. There should also be an option for just shoveling a birm away.

Did not like fixed price option for home. My home does not have any driveway and should cost much less than $125. Need to have more options for lower price property.

The app did not work when i needed a shoveler. Tried to take a picture of my house and the app did not let me go to the next step. Stuck an sucks

This app doesn't work I had tried to create an account and it did not let me it said check you email I did and I waited for like about 2 hours and I didn't get and email, so then I tried another email account and the same thing so to me it's a waist of time

WORST DATING APP EVER! This one belongs right up here with Grindr. Needed to be plowed bad and even resorted to paying $100. (desperate right?) Got notifications my job was canceled, then later accepted? Then I waited 2 hours and no college guy (or girl) ever showed up to my house. What the %#$#!&? Ended up doing it myself. Was left sore and very unsatisfied. Oh and there’s still a hold on my card…. Apparently, the only way to cancel a job is to email them. Trust me, will be watching my credit card statement! Also this app stores passwords in plain text and emails them to you?! Security much?

This app doesn't seem worth it, there is around 7 inches of snow outside. And nobody is on it asking for a shoveler. Not only that, but when you try to use the filter. It won't let you. It just clicks and nothing happens.

App sucks I shoveled snow for it not to work now I wasted gas and I'm not getting paid and can't get my next job.... You guys wasted my time money hard work and money in gas this app is a fraud

Needed snow shoveled around my car. Does not recognize all makes and models. Have Chevrolet Volt.

They keep saying they will fix and improve things for next season, but why not fix and improve things now? Surely even with a small user base you can roll out an 'A' 'B' test update to fix or add features. Why not do this? Why postpone improvement? If there is a lengthy explanation as to why, can you link it somewhere?
