The customer service are outstanding these people are very much comparative i used this service more than ten times and every times i get more than my expectation. Once i forget my wallet in the car, can you believe next day the company driver came to my home for return my wallet with all money.

Worst service in all the self drives cars..i booked wagonr and the condition was totally kachra..car was so dirty , system was not good , wheel balance problem , left front light was not working..please fix it

I love to hire a car from rydendrive, because they provide me customer satisfaction on time. But there is a maintenance charge which i dont like. Otherwise rydendrive is bst in delhi ncr.

i must say to everyone don't use this frode company car for self Drive, because frist i read all information on playstore they wrote "we accept the cash also" but guys you can call them they not accept cash and second thing this app is totally worst app, cant upload image and anything like license copy and all, customer care support is poor and im thinking before im getting so much problems then after you complete your ride then what happen with us. Better is guys download zoomcar or any other app.

just now downloaded this app nd seens all options nd features nd u dont have a 0rs if u make 0rs deposite ur the first than others 0rs deposite selfdriving service like zoomcar u can also use this one then deffinatly u ill get too secsuss i think this is good servicable app nd fuel also ur giving ha? then ur not giving free klms like zoomcar can u plz increese more little bit small options nd features nd add more cars scorpio amaze skoda octavio nd if u make 0rs deposite ur the first than others

Initially there was problem with chosen car then later they immediately rectify & gave me the Best Car with very polite & good gestures

Good team work vehicle delivered and pick up as requested. Ford Figo vehicle used. Condition of vehicle is new and also clean from inside. They just need to provide car fragrance. That is missing rest all awesome. 5 star for the best service I ever had.

I booked the car in Bangalore and got a confirmation pop up however I didn't recieve confirmation email. When I called to customercare, the answer I got is they are not operational in Bangalore.

Service are best in terms of timely car delivered and pricing manner both. Staff are good they refunded my security amount instantly. Also they have good cars. M just waitinng for luxury cars segment in rydendrive.

I booked a Terrano one month in advance and managed to get work off for 10 days after 6 months long continous job.These guys just wasted two days out of my 10 precious days by sending a faulty vehicle which had 5-6 major issues.We actually wasted our time and money to repair the vehicle to save our trip.They gave us another vehicle next day again with some issues and again we had to spend time and money to work it out which they never paid us back, even out of 5000 vehicle deposit they only returned us 1290

I took the there vehicle nissan terrano from 3rd of October till 14th of October for my leh trip there service was just great and more than my expectation.

For a hassle free car rental, this is the perfect place to go. Great quality of cars with on time delivery!

POOR SERVICE (Order No.7906) Was our first experience - booked "Swift Dzire". These people neither gave us an Aux Cable, nor they had Bluetooth in their Music System. We were like dumbs listening to Radio for an hour than that music system too got crashed. Asking them to look into it, they told us to get it repaired by ourselves. These people have: 1) Their rates way too high than their competitors. 2)Poor Service Quality. 3)Poor App Booking experience. 4)Unnecessary maintenance charges of ₹1/-Km. 5)No reimbursement for the faulty service delivered. Disappointed! Pathetic Service!

I took Ford aspire during Christmas. Vehicle was ready before time and it was in good condition. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Refund process was smooth and clean with no hidden charges.

I booked my rydendrive car for the first time after having a bad experience from everyone else. I was pleasantly surprised by the car conditions, driver knowledge, personal 1 to 1 interactions etc. I would recommend this over any other self drive cars... Kudos to rydendrive. Awesome work...

The cars are overall if we compare is too much costly as compare to self cars. Even more costlier if u compare with the cars taken on hire with drivers....we have taken eco sport to Haridwar @ 16/- per kms (after all calculations; refund etc) ...from ride n drive ...which is really a costly affair... All toll/ state taxes/ parking etc are extra as per commercial vehicle norms.

I hired a swift for 3 days. The car was well maintained and there was no problem faced dueto car in my time period of 3 days. Looking forward to avail their services again...

I think rydendrive is one of the most genuine and hospitable car rental company that I have ever come across. Very us easy to approach. Hasslefree services. Only one recommendation at the time of booking there was some technical glitch due yo which there was some ambiguity regarding the booking. So technical it should be upfront. Rest I really enjoyed being the customer of rydendrive.
