I know I'm putting in the right password. I'm logging into my apps on my tablet just fine. It's my Android app that won't log in. Should I Uninstall and install it again?

If you can't log in, log in your RA software, then you click on My Options under Manage my Account, then scroll down to Login & Password Options, then you will see Special Password for Accessing the RA Mobile App....that's where you put in a pswd. Then log in with same info with RA Mobile App and you should be able to get in. I hope this info will help. Thanks, Dee

Set a mobile app password in your "my options page" on your account from your computer, then try again. 8 characters long, no more, no less. Then it will let you in.

It works fine. Long on to your account and go to my options to setup a special password(should 8 characters) only 8 characters. And y'all should be able to log in.

1 star for not even taking the time to use real screen shots instead of just using iPhone screen shots. For this reason alone tells me the developer is most likely hiding something. I better flag it as malware to. No other reason why iPhone screen shots would be used. Fail
