very good app to order medicines . It gets me going for sure.

I ordered from this app for about 3 times. Once I ordered medicine which was very important. After 2 days, I got call that we are not able to find medicine. Next time I ordered few products, again after 2 days got a call saying one of the product is not available while it was in stock when I ordered. It was simply a shaving cream. Also they were asking for delivery charges since without the cream order was less than 200 rs. I cancelled my order. This is really frustrating

It use to be a good 2 months back with quick turnaround time. Now if you can wait for 4 days for delivery of medicines then only try this application. Also, be ready for poor customer service.

Placed an order on 16 Nov, 2016 it is showing date of delivery 27 Nov, 2016. This is fastest médecine delivery application. I think they should unterstand the importance of médecines. I wonder how can they expect any patient to wait for 10 days for medecine. Funniest thing is that they call it fastest médecine delivery.

Pathetic app. Never deliver on time. Moreover the plus cash amount has been debited and not reduced from my bill. customer support is too slow to respond.

Unavailability of medicine every time i order and they inform it after 24 hours of the order confirmation. you people should act responsibly as it is the matter of someones life.

Worst service when netmed overtook the pluss app. I am degrading my feedback for the worst service you are providing now and would suggest others not to order anything from this app.how can you mail me that prescription is invalid when for the last 4 months you are providing me med on same prescription.This is totally unacceptable.

The service of the Pluss is degrading day by day. Most of the products remain out of stock otherwise there is no new offer provided by Pluss to the customers!!

Pluss you just come back this is not fare .. before it was not like that don't know why 1st you discount than detecting in the name of shipping b4 it was free shipping what's wrong with u ....even i have wallet balance all gone totally not fare, pluss pls come back.

They never share coupon code when we call to ask they either do not pick up or refuse to share...why should we buy on MRP when they claim for heavy discounts...update is not available even then I' m asked again and again to update it which is impossible... Pathetic...

I just got the product Rs102/- (M.R.P.) at Rs112/-. When I asked the delivery boy about this, he was also shocked & told me that, " Sir, I can take the product back (Colgate Total Advanced Health)." I have taken the snapshot of the bill and the product which I have received right now.

Useless services..irresponsible staff.They are not serving that discount they shows at the time of booking.. out of 8 times only 2 times i got the proper delivery. MRP on Medicines was altered by marker pen and sticker of new price was pasted on it..

I had ordered some products 2 days back, but I got a message that the products you ordered are not available, though the products are easily available in the market....i don't know why this app is meant for !!

Worst experience, very few products are listed and 90% of those are out of stock. My 2 orders got cancelled as they called me and said that the products you ordered got out of stock. @PlussTeam Please stop this startup if its not working out, stop wasting your investor's money and customer's time.

I had uploaded 2 prescriptions and gave description in detail but they delivered only half of the medicines that too without confirming .I reordered but again the same scenario. I again uploaded New prescriptions and that was supposed to be delivered on 5th Nov but they have still not delivered. It's still showing processing. Even the customer support doesn't revert. Total waste. Don't even feel the need to inform if they can't serve. Seems they want the patient to die. I had 496 plus cash.... all gone??

Pluss app and their services use to be best. But when netmeds overtook them, they are not providing worst services. No medicines are available with them and even they do not respond to customers own their own you have to call them every time to update.

first of all they are always short of some medicine from prescription. secondly they mostly deliver 1-2 wrong medicines when u order 5-6 medicines.thirdly and most importantly they initially confirm d order each and evrytime but many a times they message saying ur order is cancelled after 1 day of confirming.
