-cannot change address -won't accept address changes from your staff -no way to get to your cart without ordering something -orders take you through a loop when you try to use the change address function -pop up saying chat to us online obstructive to ordering -pop up chat to us online even when there is no one answer questions which makes it both useless and annoying -auto assigns the wrong delivery cost
