Instituto Nacional contra la Discriminación, la Xenofobia y el Racismo.

El Instituto Nacional contra la Discriminación, la Xenofobia y el Racismo (INADI) es un organismo descentralizado que fue creado mediante la Ley 24515 en el año 1995 y comenzó sus tareas en el año 1997. Desde el mes de marzo de 2005, por Decreto presidencial 184, se ubicó en la órbita del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación.
En función de su ley de creación, el Instituto tiene por objeto elaborar políticas nacionales para combatir toda forma de discriminación, xenofobia y racismo, impulsando y llevando a cabo políticas públicas federales y transversales articuladas por la sociedad civil, y orientadas a lograr una sociedad diversa e igualitaria.

The National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI) is a decentralized agency which was created by Law 24515 in 1995 and started work in 1997. Since March 2005, by Presidential Decree 184, was located in the orbit of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation.
Depending on its founding law, the Institute aims to develop national policies to combat all forms of discrimination, xenophobia and racism, promoting and leading federal and transverse public policies out articulated by civil society and aimed at achieving a diverse society and egalitarian.
