Clothes Mentor for Android
I think this store is very fake. I went to drop off some clothes after waiting two hour just for them to give me some story that my clothes and shoes and purses was too out of date. False Advertising.

Awful. My points never got added. I forgot my pw and couldn't retrieve it or change it. Too many bugs
Unable to create an account to get rewards. Also, I have never had success selling at this store.
Couldn't get the app to even open garbage
The app wont let me click on nothing, once you click it just goes back to the homepage on the app.

In order to view my rewards, it takes me to the website. No point to the app. I can do that without it. Uninstalling.
No up to date fashion
I frequently shop this store, but am disappointed in this app. The only link that works is the store finder! If you need my 14 year old to fix it let me know ....
Downloaded app on Galaxy s5 and it would not function after I selected Trend or Shopper. Uninstalled immediately.

Customer service was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices were so much better than Plato's closet. I'm recommending Clothes Mentor to my daughters and friends. Thank you for a wonderful day yesterday.

This app literally just sends you to the website. Like I could have done that myself. Do not install, waste of time. Just go to the clothes mentor site to see points.

This app is half baked. The most critical functions don't work. Please patch or take it back to the drawing board. I cannot get my local store to answer their phone so I can buy, and the app is not helping me transact business, either. So far my customer experience is negative.
