I request to all.. Pl use washme or any other behalf of this.... Starting they are good but now they do not respond as well as after single respond they did not collect clothes.. as in a week this is my fourth request.. They are such shameful as after giving confirmation on call .. They even not call back .. Pathetic service .. Don't use this service ..

Didn't have options of giving minus stars otherwise .. that would have been less too... haven't got my order till now .. it's been more than 18 days... In Spite of me reminding again and again... What kind of service you people are running ..

I was scared to use it after reading reviews. But still I thought to give it a try, and I placed an order. Neither delivery guy came for pick-up nor any contact from the company representatives. I would recommend people to use local guys instead of wasting their time.

I have given my clothes 5 days back. On inquiring yesterday there was still a confusion whether its dryclean or wash n iron. After this they confirm that I will recieve my clothes today at 2pm..no calls from their side. I called thm at 5 they said we are sending. Guy comes at 7 with wrong delivery. And when I asked thm to send my. Clothes in an hour there is no call from there side.God knows whether they have my clothes or not.seriously pissed off...

I gave t-shirts for wash and fold, and they damaged 4 of my brand new t-shirts by ironing when I told them not to. I had them returned so that they can take a look and decide what to do. It has been more than 2 months since that - 2 MONTHS! And I've talked with them more than 40 times in this time period, now I'm just asking for my t-shirts back. I'm not even asking for any compensation and even after 2 months, they are not returning my clothes. I've recorded all the calls and filing a police complaint now.

One of the most horrible services ever.. One has to call them 4-5 times a day to remind them about delivery of clothes n pickup.. They are poor in handling clothes n there is no bill provided too.. If u wish to donate ur clothes pls contact them..

Last time I have to beg to return my cloths..but quality (wash & iron ) was good. This time I placed an order but no one bother to come to collect the cloths. I waited for two days

last time i ordered 4 times for pickup no body came and on 5th day somebody came n took clothes aftr wash one of my jeans was not cleaned nd now again i am trying to order....i have already ordered 5 to 6 times within four days but nobody is coming. I don't have choices because i am a hosteler otherwise i wud never prefer ur service

I gave my clothes for wash and fold but they lost a cloth belt of a dress and ruined the dress. When I called they completely denied and did not take the responsibility.. Not just that they say for 48 hrs delievery but I gave my clothes on Saturday afternoon and got them back on Tuesday... I don't understand how many hours they have in a day... And that too they returned my clothes after I called... No sense of responsibility, no punctuality.. And awful service.. Hated it

One of the worst dhobis ever. They dont wash the clothes properly. The clothes have faded colour after their wash. The 2 stars are for their quick service & reasonable(120 Rs for 3 kg) price.

They are short on manpower. Laundry isnt picked on time. You have to keep calling their customer care. Poor service. Better to go to a local dhobhi who would be more accountable than this start up

The WORST that have happened since I came to Jaipur is giving my clothes to these guys. Told me that clothes will be delivered in two days, after two days when I called, they DIDN'T PICKED MY PHONE even no one tried to contact me after that. Losing all hope I took a break from office then went to their office AFTER FIVE DAYS. They finally picked my phone and said we are delivering clothes right now. And the worst part half of my CLOTHES WEREN'T WASHED. I can't understand why this app isn't removed by Google

No body pick calls. If someone does .gives false commitment. I am done with it you all guys... Now ... I couldnt go office today abhi tak :/ everytime I call. Someone says 10 mins and jaa raha hain... ..now even phones are off. And I am following up from yesterday evening

firstly i downloaded this app i was just about to place my order but then I have seen so much of bad reviews about the services . I don't want my clothes to be torn or lost or stained so I'm not going to place any type of order . (Uninstalling) Sorry guy u must make some GOODWILL first . Thanks

Not satisfied with their service. No one picks your call. Its taken more than the time they have said. Worst app and company I've ever seen.

They returned torned tshirt and this occured twice. The clothes were faded too. Good luck people

Clothes were given on d condition of one day delivery and d person refused the next day to deliver clothes and thn three of us gave clothes all tgthr and clothes were returned only of two

I use your service once Your service was good but your app has a little user interface problems (like order status is not showing correctly)

Earlier I posted a review regarding the issues with compensation and I got in touch with the company's representative. They have co operated with me with full support and solved my issues within 3 hrs of complaint. I am personally thankful to the staff of the company especially SAURABH and SARANSH who helped in resolving the issue in the timely manner as promised. Thank you so much for the co operation that you showed in helping me resolving the issues.

Didnt even Wanted to give a single star.Never got my order back on time. Employees don't have any knowledge about any policy and clothes when came back from laundry where in the worst conditions. Take only number of order you can deliver back. Truly the worst laundry services ever experienced. Please if you r taking cloths for wash and fold do wash them and then fold

Please provide some kind of acknowledgement receipt for the clothes given to you. Very unprofessional services. Do not take it so easy or you will be out from market very soon. Kindly update your app fix this bug.

Hi I am constantly in touch with Mr. Saransh owner of the so called company urban dhobi....My 4 clothes got damaged. You are not ready to accept this thing . Saransh you are very rude on call and your behaviour is very arrogant. I should suggest you one thing atleast be loyal to your business. Don't fool your customers. Don't tell me anything about your policy. Please note that my clothes were expensive and were special to me as they were gifted by a special friend.Need full refund as discussed,AKanksha

The worst laundry I have ever experienced in my life. Never go for urban Dhobi. They are worth the money you pay for the services. For the 1st time I gave my clothes for washing and ironing I thought they are good in services but their services are pathetic. My 4 clothes got torn off and got faded. I don't understand how irresponsible you are. If you are not taking the action regarding this then I am going to file a complain against you in consumer court.

Horrible service by urban dhobi! In addition to not delivering clothes even after 3 days are over now they do not take my calls. Will not order from them again and advice others to do the same

Never go for Urban Dhobi. Unprofessional Team. I gave blanket for dryclean on 21 feb and i got it back on 3rd march after 11 days. First they missed my blanket and it took 2 days to come to know where is my blanket and then they send it back without dry-cleaning. VERY VERY VERY bad quality of dry clean, and fully unprofessional team.

I will never take urban dhobi service. Second time I had experienced bad service. First time you people returned my 2 shirts unwashed, after your several calls and apologies I gave you a second chance but this time as committed, you people returned my cloths 1 day later and that so after my several calls. Also suggested my friends not to give you services.

I gave my clothes for wash and iron on 4 May 2016 and the pick up boy said that we will deliver your clothes within 48 hours. Today is 14 May and I am still waiting for my clothes . I have called them thrice in these ten days and each time I got the same reply : SIR AAJ 100% DELIVERY HO JAEGI. This is first and probably the last time I will be ever using their laundry service. Totally Unprofessional behavior.

My sister named akanksha clothes got faded off nd damaged by so called company urban dhobi. they are not ready to accept this thing instead they are blaming me that might be your clothes was like that only. I ordered on 9th... laundry boy came on 13th...as committed it should be on 15...it's 18 now still did not receive order....they guys just providing me numbers..you can call on this no... please contact to office...contact to laundry..... ridiculous....NOT RECOMMENDED

I have not yet recieved my clothes in spite of calling them again and again and the are now not even answering my call.. highly disappointed will never give them any order..

Services are very poor...big time improvisation required in terms of services...creating mobile app and keeping trendy name is not going to increase your market. Please work upon customer satisfaction. Normal street dhobi is doing far better job then you people. Better improve guys.

I ordered for wash and iron. And these guys have crushed my shirts so badly that even after ironing for two more times I couldn't make them look better. Box packing sucks. You need to pull up your socks or competition will wave you off.

For the first time I gave cloths to them and in that too they misplaced one of my jeans...and now when I am calling from the last 15 days they are just making reasons or not even attending my call...I suggest go for ur nearest laundry rather then these unprofessional ones

My friend named akanksha clothes got torn and faded off by urban dhobi and they are not ready to accept that it happened from their side. Her clothes were expensive and they are telling that might be they are non branded. Mr saransh Who are you to decide whether it is branded or non branded. Saransh i think you wear such clothes which cost Rs150. saransh you were very rude on call and your response was very arrogant.

I am using Urban Dhobi from last 4 months & they are exceptionally well at their work. Timely pickup & delivery, nicely cleaned clothes without charging much to your pocket. Highly recommend.

I have used many laundry apps but none comes to being remotely close to this bullshit. It's almost hilarious!
