긴급상황 발생시 자녀가 SOS버튼을 누르면 자녀의 위치 파악과 자동으로
SMS, 전화걸기(112,119 위급센터 또는 보호자 설정시) 기능이 실행 됩니다.

▶ SOS 발신기능 관련 ◀
- SOS 발신기능은 홈 화면에서 헬프존 아이콘모양의 위젯추가를 하셔야 이용가능합니다.
- SOS 위젯을 설치하면 헬프존 아이콘과는 다른 모양의 아이콘이 생성됩니다. 아이콘의 모양은 스크린샷의 마지막을 참조하시면 됩니다.
- SOS 위젯의 설치는 스마트폰마다 상이하나 헬프존 애플리케이션 메인화면의 도움말 - SOS - SOS위젯 추가를 참조하셔서 설치하시면 됩니다.

헬프존 앱을 통하여 아이들이 학교에 도착했는지, 애인이 집에 잘 들어갔는지 , 치매로 고생하시는 부모님이 집을 벗어나신건 아닌지, 푸시메시지와 SMS(단문메시지)를 통하여 알림을 받을 수 있습니다.

이 기능은 프리미엄 사용자만 이용가능합니다.

- 푸시 알림은 데이터의 사용량이 있습니다.
- SMS 알림은 사용자의 통신사 요금제를 따릅니다.

▶ 무전기 기능에 대하여 ◀
- 무전기능은 초당 약 20Kbyte 의 데이터를 사용합니다. 이는 3G망의 경우 불안정 할 수도 있습니다.
- 무전기기능은 상호 헬프존 서버에 접속되어 있는 상태에서만 이용가능합니다.
