People who are facing problem of login after updated are requested to login in desktop in HDFC Ltd website and try again. Problem will resolve. It was adviced by Hdfc representative. I did the same now no problem in app login. Cheers

Outstanding principle is needed and must. what is the purpose of this loan app other than this feature. I Thanks to previous users comments, I am not willing to download this worst app in my mobile. and for more the new rate is not cut off as good as other did. IIFHL changed rate to 8.85 from 9.50 and I am still paying 9.25 as 0.15 lower than old rate of interest. isnt good for us to recommend to other people to apply for loan

Why I am not able to see my Outstanding Loan amount in your App? It's of no use, if I'm not able to view my Outstanding.. What will I do using your app if this main feature goes missing??? I know my EMI, I know my principal.. I know my EMI date.. Pathetic crappy new update.. Hate it

Maintenance issue on previous version and now with updates can not see option for principal amount outstanding. No added features but taken a few features away in the latest version

Can't believe that Hdfc isn't aware that principal outstanding feature has been removed. What other use is this stupid application. Non sense app by a greedy organisation

In Latest update they remove the options of knowing Principles outstanding voluntarily to hide it from loan taker so that they can't plane repayment or switching loan. They also showing old outstanding on there web interface. They are NBFC and not bound to lower intrest rate as bank are bound to do under RBI. this is a bad practice which not suits for largest NBFC of India.

Why was the principal outstanding feature removed? This seems to so fisshy.... R u guys afraid that u will lose some business...Effect of excess cash with other lender that too at reduced rates?

Principal outstanding missing in current version. Though option for change of interest and payment available, we need to go in person for those changes. Mainly hdfc never change interest lunes inline with ravi. So existing customers always suffering.

Not user friendly.. and no payment option in app.. this is not interactive app... For everything we need to call customer care... Waste app

Got worsen after last 2 updates.previous was better....I could see the outstanding amount and coukd see conversion inquiry in a much better way...after update homepage is also seen like some fake app.

After upgrading i am facing problem to log in. It is showing maintenance not yet complete. Kindly do the needful at your earliest convenience.

Earlier we were able to see principal outstanding balance as on date whereas now this feature is not available... last version was good as compare to this one

Outstanding amount removed purposefully so that we don't plan to repay or switch to some other bank. Such practices are not expected.

Principal outstanding option removed after update. I think this was done purposefully, the worst decision. Wanted to give 0 star.

Loan outstanding balance option is missing in new app. This is the main thing and if that is missing then it should be waste. Please add option of Loan outstanding ASAP.

What is the use of this app if I cannot know my principle outstanding. Further what is the use of statement if my current outstanding principle is not shown. Useless app.

After update can't view remaining balance of my loan. Also can't prepay online. Had to visit the office for prepayment.

AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE , FACILITY TO CHECK THE PRINCIPLE OUTSTANDING BALANCE HAS BEEN REMOVED.PLEASE RE-ENABLE IT.

Latest update has removed the option to view the outstanding balance. Big shame HDFC, please get that back.

Like most of the app users, I was also using this mainly to check outstanding principal which is removed in the latest update. This was dis-appointing, please roll out an update quickly with this feature added. Will wait for few days and delete the app if don't see this added in near future

Why the hell HDFC stopped showing outstanding loan amount option in new version, it was available in old version and quite helpful to keep track of your outstanding loan.biburge them to start it again. We have to reach to help desk or mail them for amortization charts.

Very poor you can not able to do any online facility for transaction, whether it is interest rate change or partial payment. Always you need to visit the branch so no need of such app or website from where you can't do any transaction.

Earlier I was able to login, now it is giving error. It is not showing balance amount.

Because of decrease in Rate Of interest of Housing loan they may be changing programme so we have to wait and see because it is very much useful app i have used to check all the queries and statements loan balence in last one year i found it is best . On Hdfc home loan site you can set notification to you when app start working

The option to view Principal Outstanding is removed recently and this is pathetic change! Not all helping.

Good app, but the enquiry of outstanding loan amount has disappeared from the app. Thats a big blunder....

After last update I couldn't see the option for principal outstanding

I haven't figured out to log into my account. I don't see any means to get to a login page. Terrible UX!

piece of crap app. Not able to login, every time says user Id exists. tried like 50 times!

Very bad updation I seen so far.Previously we can know our principle out standing amount.Now it removed .There is no option to know how much principle balance in the loan

Why the feature to view principal outstanding removed from the App. It's done intentionally so that people can't track the loan amount. App developers generally add features, HSBC is moving backwards and have reduced the features. Good job team.. Keep on doing this and people will stop using the app altogether. Uninstalling....

Principal outstanding was removed which is too bad. Don't know what could be the darn reason behind it.

not able to create an account. its always saying user id already exists. tried with atleast 20 user ids.

Principal amount due option is removed in the latest update.. That was the reason why I install this app.. Please include that developers..
