Care Tweet

Care Tweet is an app that allows for real time monitoring of daily health and living needs between a caregiver and a care receiver. There are 15 modules that are set up by the caregiver to remind the care receiver that an action is needed and information is required. The care giver receives an alert via text or email if the answer provided is outside of the acceptable range or unanswered. Caregiver and receiver can also communicate via the app in real time.
