Nicely designed & very innovative concept of booking rooms in star grade hotels at very competitive prices.

The most simplest yet ignored feature - hotel search, is absent. Hence makes the whole process tiresome.. Nonetheless we get the deal,if we go through the area and all. But at many times,we know the exact hotel name, hence want to search by that name. And I think most ppl wouldn't be knowing the exact location of any hotel, around the country. Secondly, many times I found, the rates equal to other sites, and not "substantially" different. Long way to go. But like the concept. Need more places 2 b covered.

Complete sham! They define the lowest bid for any category and then no hotel confirms even at that price!

I made the reservation but now I have to cancel it as my leaves were not approved. I called up more than 15 times to the given number but after staying on IVR it's automatically disconnected. And also balance got deducted for each call. Checked wd hotel and they advised they don't have any cancellation charges upto 3 days now only 3 days left for cancellations. I also email to the given email address but no reply from their side. Deals were ok but customer service is very bad.

I was able to get a really good deal on hotel, but not the cheapest. I found later I could get the same deal for 2k lesser. I am happy with the deal i got. But the mobile app is not as Good as website. The app doesn't sync your account. My booking made on website aren't reflecting in mobile app.

Amount was charged twice for hotel stay. Now one one replies. Their call center no is also bogus. Don't trust them.

I have used this app many times & have recieved good response even in last hour booking.. It works perfectly.. I personally recommend this app for 5 star properties the price are jaw dropping.. thanx find my stay

No true offers to gain here. I made a bid, paid for and did travel arrangements to Udaipur. Then got a call that I'll be refunded since there's a technical glitch!!! wtf!!! I guess they take the bids, make customers pay, then check if hotels are desperate to sell one room at that price, rather than the other way round of having inventory from hotels upfront to sell. If hotel says ok, these guys take credit, if they say no then tech glitch. All sham. When the hotel asked them to bugger off they got exposed.

Price are not much difference compared to other conpetitors, and I think ur app won't give rooms for unmarried people, like oyo giving rooms for couples.

During payment thru net banking ; bank name appear in white colour and background is also white so bank name is invisible. Many times active bids not show only remaining time show.please improve it.i booked room in hotel radisson blu udaipur thru other app and this app also for 3 days.i got it in Rs 4268 from this app and Rs 4184 and 3384 from other app.so One thing also come in knowledge that when I booked 1 room i got cheaper while when I tried to book more then one room I found it is costly. Why?

I really liked the concept. The app is nice and easy to use. Please increase your presence and also show the direct price at once instead of showing addition of tax at base price.

The portal offers a smart way of finding bargain deals on hotels. Very convenient, offers lot of time to decide before one seals the deal. However, app misses one aspect- manage your account. Somehow my full name is not showing up in the app account and I wonder if I can do something about it.

I big fake App this is. The rates they quote and the final rates which come out during booking. No matter any mathematical calculation you put. It never goes right.
