After tireless efforts of EHang design and programming team, we now proudly present you the brand new EHANG Play!
Note: this new EHANG Play only supports GHOSTDRONE 2.0, if you are a GHOSTDRONE 1.0 user, please download the “GHOSTDRONE” App in the Google Play.
In this new version, we basically re-designed everything!
● Brand new user interfaces which are aesthetically better looking and more straight forward.
●With the new added remote recording function of our Spherical Camera you can now control the start and stop timing of your video in App!
● We’ve also add in a library tab where you can view and manage all your footages and photos taken by the Spherical Camera.
● New personal page can be logged in with cellphone number, email, WeChat, Weibo and Facebook accounts. In this page you will be able to track all your fly records.
●More tutorials coming at you! We’ve recorded more tutorials on how to bind and use our GHOSTDRONE 2.0.
● Upgraded the firmware update module, now when you upgrade your drone firmware using the App it will take even less time than it did before.
● Optimized the connecting process between the GHOSTDRONE and your mobile devices, binding has never been easier.
● Optimized the flight logic of Avatar Mode, now you can control the altitude ofthe drone and command it to return to home or land even in Emergency Hover mode.
● Optimized the flight control logic, implemented a descend speed limit so landing will be more safe and trouble free.
● Upgraded the Fail-safe system logic, “low battery return home” and “auto land” logic is improved.
● More information for you! Now if the drone fail to pass the pre-unlock check you will see what is wrong with it in App, it gives you more information on the drone’s current conditions.
● Optimized flight experiences, with implementation of the geo-magnetic interference correction algorithm GHOSTDRONE will fly much better in Avatar Mode than before.
●Flight settings menu is optimized to give you more options on controlling the drone’s takeoff, landing and etc.
●Avatar Mode interface is optimized to better display the satellite map. Unit conversion now works correctly. An animated notification is added to prompt you while the drone is locating satellites.
● Optimized the “Follow me” function of the drone.

To improve the shooting stability, we have made Smooth Mode the default setting of gimbal pitch. You can always change the mode in the Flight Settings by tapping the menu icon on the top left corner of the Homepage.

Had problem with downloading additional content in app, but after connecting to 4g instead of my local Internet provider issue was solved. I would like to say that Ipad donwloaded app without any problems. Dear Ehang why it's not supported Lenovo Yoga?

my app says its for 67 mbs(app data) but I load 240 mbs to download and it does not finish. stops at 57mbs and says net error. I'm crying. Using Nexus 6

It would be a great improvement if you did not leave the Video or photos on all the time on the areal model. It would best to have the same button for capture of photos and video the VR google model has. And a toggle to view threw the camera on the phone for positioning. That would make the areal more sellable.

Everytime we go for a test flight, it fails to record videos and take photos. I have the Ghost drone 2.0 VR goggles model and it WILL NOT record videos or take photos. What should I do? The drone flies wonderfully, no lag, no delays and best experience ever but the camera does not work. I can see through the VR Goggles just fine but it will not record. PLEASE HELP!

App update is an improvement. Would be great if you could start/stop recording from within the app using a camera other than the spherical cam. All in all, great drone. Really intuitive to fly.

Total stinkburger. First, this app takes forever to download its app data before you can fly. If you're like me and go out to your flight location after downloading the app data, you're out of luck, because it forces you to download an update. Well, there isn't much wifi coverage in wide open spaces, so prepare to burn data. But get this, once you've downloaded that update, you have to download a gimbal update! Well, now you can fly, right? Mostly wrong. It forces you to fly a tutorial with no way of ending it prematurely. If a hazard appears and you need to land, tough! You cannot land unless you crash. What a turd. It's pretty poor when Parrot's flying apps are better than yours, and, Ehang, Parrot's apps put yours to shame.
