Loading loading and loading..... 30 minutes and it does not show any thing.... Very bad app. Salute to daewoo IT team and development team....

Very bad. User I'd not created So many attempts failed and now time to uninstall this rubbish app.
App is timing out, you can't book seats , fix it and i will change the stars and review
Seems only useful to the extent of viewing schedules. Everything else times out.
App is great! But whenever I travel from sialkot to Rawalpindi and vice versa Music player is always out of order????????

One of the worst customer service for mobile app users. I purchased one seat from DGK to Lahore by using debit card. For some reason Daewoo drop the time and asked me to purchase new ticket and send the refund request from website for previous one. I received the message and email that your refund is approved and collect the amount from lahore terminal. This is fourth day and still terminal didn't give me my amount. Shame in Daewoo. Advice for others yoh can book the seats but please don't try to purchase the ticket from mobile app. #disgusting #BadApp #FraudApp
I have booked a seat. But when i tried to buy it before 2 hours of departure my seat has been cancelled As daewoo claims that booking is valid for half hour before departure. That is v irritating Plz fix this prblm
Rediculus app. This is an app for customers and it didn't have any complaint register option. Their company changed your bus from executive to regular without any reason or explanation. Their service dropped to local transport service. And also condition of buses was alarming.
I viewed very bad comments.I also viewed a review that schedules are not same when reached daewo terminal.I will only say that schedule(Bus Timming) should be updated daily. I was not want to give any star because i installed this app just now and read reviews after that.My only request is just that bus timming should be updated daily.
Pathetic customer service. Booked my seat from the app and when i wanted to purchase the ticket from the terminal 2hrs before departure they said your seat has been purchased by someone else.
Worst app ever seen probably worst in hitory app. Daewoo should be ashamed off that they could not give a good app to their customers. And also their customer care call centers are not quick response
Daewoo is losing its reputation pretty fast. This useless app is one of the examples of the lowest stardards you people are falling to.

This app was doing well before the update. But after updating the app I'm facing allot of issues. It says check your network connection even on my zong 4g. Need to fix this issue.
App very poorly designed. Crashes during busy hours and holidays. Doesn't work properly on gprs or edge internet.
Booked ticket using this app but when I checked after a few hours my booking had been cancelled. The SMS I received was that I had to buy the ticket half an hour before departure but it got cancelled soon after I made the reservation. I had to purchase the ticket and after purchase I was not awarded any Daewoo miles as when asked from the Terminal manager I was told that the app does not support adding miles so we can't help you. Pathetic app pathetic customer service
1.No option to delete the account. 2. No option to amend information like gender. The app is 'assuming' the wrong gender despite choosing the right title while setting up the account. There is no option to change/amend the info except password and may be one other field.
I need to get millage card but no body can help. Fsd terminal ask get help from lhr terminal. And Lhr terminal always asked concern person not available at this movement. Kindly look in this seriously as well as allow to purchase balance like easy load and balance detail show on application

Unable to create new ID. After filling in all the details and pressing next, the app consecutively creates two spinning loading animations and then does nothing, leaving you at the information filling stage.
Worst app... Dosto bakwas app hai. Aap yahan se seat book karwa lo gy aur jab terminal pe jao gy to gari ka schedule hi nahi hoga. Mery sath aisa hoa hai.

Wasted my MB's.. i have booked a seat by call but its not showing in app, my cell is number is same too. This app is not properly linked to the server of Daewoo.
Terrible and not a reliable app. I booked the seats and got the booking confirmation but the booking system at the terminal didn't show the record and my seats were given to someone else.
No refund request option available. All informations asked in refund request is available in user profile /app data base less transaction details. Adding this feature can reduce time.
After update the app has been worst. It take lot of time in loading and always show errors or no internet connection. Plz fix it..

Daewoo is the worst service of Pakistan. Its 3-4 times more costly as comparison. Daewoo gave cheap snacks. Daewoo cargo break your cargo. Useless app by a a third class company.

Can't pay with debit card, localhost error. ALSO CAN'T ADD MILES WHEN I BOOK. What's the point of an app linked to the miles account when you can't even redeem the miles?
Rarely of any use. Sometimes the destinations and departure area doesnt show Sometimes only one departure area shows. Sometimes it the app doesnt even load properly.

Extra ordinary low class app and still loading from 20 minutes at 20mbps link. Salute to the development team for making thi 3rd class app. Its 5th time and app is doing the same. Waste of time and bandwidth.
