NEW RELEASE .4 10-22-2014

- REMOVE - Audio Permission - Still a long ways off on getting a fast enough webservice coded that can handle even a few simultaneous inbound video captures, and I branched that code base over in beta

- UPDATE - Internal code that was overlapping and slowing down the application. Much faster and more stable
- FIX - Image capture code is now much faster and more stable
- FIX - Overflowing links. Visual change but needed

Not a feature update changelog here but a bug hunt and stability improving one. Now that it is another branch I am adding in some good "theme switch" options for those that do not like whiteburn.

Had to re-list to correct errors from prior listing. Also updated some major items.
