I really find this helpful with my meditation

This app is awesome! I'm horrible with relaxing and being able to calm my mind to meditate and I'm also horrible at visualization... But the app does most of the visualization for you and almost hypnotizes you into a state of calm when you just focus on the spinning Chakra and just listen to the music along with the corresponding mantra for each Chakra. Definitely recommended!!!!
