• Order JOi Telecom products
• Direct Access to the self-help section of the JOi website to help you diagnose your own issues.

First experience I have to say good deal but it's a rip off I been billed £360 how it's simple, joi don't advise you they say soon as you get the sim activate your SIM this what I did but didn't say they only give you 3GB not full 5GB I though I had full but when my mobile said to me ur data is over I was already 2GB over not knowing I'm not finish with Joi taking legal action. I been told to pay full £367 for 35 minutes over my data plan as I thought this is called ripping off they should text me

If you used the website, you know this app is just d same as using the web. No simplicity, you have to log in everytime. It has no capacity to link your device to your joi account. I love joi sim but this app just sucks

More effort could be made to improve the user interface to meet the same standard of the apps other mobile networks own. The feature that is most useful is customer service chat. Other than that the app acts kind of like a shortcut to my joi on the JOi website and does work.
