Seems like it would have been released too late to be effective. Data seemed to be severely outdated, & inaccurate. Overall I would have to rate it a 1 star because it felt sorta like a sad pet project of an ineffective leader w/ a Napoleon complex. Like if the person making it had never actually been in a place where one would use it & didn't really understand it's use. The type who would do something like wear skinny jeans & reports to a whole chain of ineffective bureaucrats who don't understand the biz.
