VACAP is a culturally competent inner city resolution curriculum and program created by Leroy Crawford. The program encourages youth to meet and seek verbal resolutions to their conflicts with the goal of empowering youth to focus on agreeably ending disputes and preventing any ongoing acts of violence or conflict.
